Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence in the competitive market
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Contacting existing and potential new clients to build and establish long-term relationships with new and existing customers and arrange meetings and work directly with customers to help close deals when needed.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, launching new Agency products, promotion and achieving target set.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities, helping company to diversify in vertical and Horizontal business.
- Respond to RFPs and vendors, developing sales in territories that haven’t bought the company’s type of product line before.
- Conduct research to identify new markets, build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs and customer needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives - Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc and present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Attending conferences, exhibitions, meetings, and industry events. - Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desirables
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with business administration, marketing or related field.
- Should have 7-10 years in Qatar and GCC market combined.
- Proficiency in in MS Office and CRM software, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
- Proven sales track record
- Market knowledge, Ability to build rapport and Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills ,having a clear, decisive way of communicating so that they can adapt solutions for different needs on behalf of their clients.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills, Time management and Planning skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
